He holds a Master of Accountancy in Taxation (UKZN), a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (UNISA), a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation (University of Pretoria), a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences (UNISA), a Diploma in Business Management, and a Certificate in Risk Management (UCT).
Dr Simphiwe Tobela is a Chartered Director and accomplished governance professional with extensive expereince in strategic leadership, risk management and public sector administration. He holds a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Free State, a master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and an Advanced Risk Management qualification from UNISA.
